Where we deliver
Our initial delivery area is the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, Canada, the United Kingdom or Australia.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders in this delivery area. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Processing and delivery
Our running belts ship directly from our fulfillment partner in China. The supplier currently reports 1–3 days of processing for 90% of orders and 5–11 days in transit for 62% of shipments using the selected US service. Some orders take longer. These figures are supplier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and destination, customs and carrier conditions can affect timing.
Tracking is provided after dispatch. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
If an order is delayed
If we cannot ship within the stated dispatch window, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped item for a full refund. You do not need to wait for our supplier's claim process to finish before receiving a refund you are entitled to.
Delivery help
Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible once processing begins. If tracking stalls, a parcel is missing or an item arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Returns at a glance
Request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unused item. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer and may be international. We cover required return shipping for confirmed faults, transit damage or our fulfillment errors. Please contact us before sending an item back.
